We, ARROWS, decided for strict and clear ethical and integrity guidelines already with the foundation of the company. This was, is and will be absolut neccessary in the daily deal with the spezial and exceptional tasks of our clients.
Everyone inside ARROWS who is charged with tasks and every called in partner is well versed in these guidlines.
Core points of this internal law are :

  1. Successful investigations require intelligence, creativity and initiative This is part of all activities to reach the best solutions for our clients projects.
  2. Willingness of all staff memebers to be held accountable for what they do, write, and say
  3. Every member or partner of ARROWS should not act in a manner which could discredit the Company or the client.
  4. They should not enter into any activity which may result in a conflict of interest with the company and/or client.
  5. All data and information depending to the company, a project or the client are liable to strict concealment. Any passing to third parties or any activities wich can lead to a passing is prohibit.
  6. Every ARROWS employe and/or partner are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate
  7. ARROWS will never give a reference without the prior agreement of the client.
  8. Employees must report actual or potential infringements of this code to their management.
